Faceting head: stainless steel protractor graduated from 0 to 90
degrees with .5 divisions and vernier with 0.05 degrees markings; 3/4’
stainless steel mast fixed in a 360 degrees rotating base with table
knob locker (no tool required to adjust the knob locker: just use a
special dop that follows the equipment!); pivoting faceting pen with
stainless stell axis and sealed bearings; quick dops setting with an
easy and safe plug-in dop device with a built-in steel pin-guide;
self-locking 96 index graduated in three colors for an easy faceting
division; precise graduated cheater with internal sealed bearing;
micrometer on the top of the mast with 1 mm pass; spring and locking
ring on the mast.

Portable bench:
built in extra hard recycled white wood MDF (50 cm x 23 cm x 14 cm x 2
cm thick) with sided protection, drawer with keys and speed control
compartment.

Bivolt speed control
(converter AC 110-220 volts / CC 24 volts) with graduated knob from 0 to
3.200 rpm and permanent torque even in slow speeds. It allows you cut
and polish at different speeds in the same machine. Polycarbonate panel
with on-off switch button, led; built-in fan; 110-220 v switch button;
electrostatic white painting on steel plate. External fuse avoids
damages to the equipment caused by voltage oscillations.

Coaxial motor system:
The end of belts, pulleys and vibrations. The exclusive Lapidart
aluminum splash pan, with fiberglass cover and water drain, has a
built-in stainless steel axis set with a pair of shielded bearings. This
system is linked to a powerful Bosh ½ hp (350 watts) micromotor axis and
refrigerated by an external cooler. This is real compact, strong, safe
and silent system.

–Dops:
Kit of 12 brass dops (12 V, 12 flats, 12 conics), with a dops-support
numbered both in mm and inches (complete kit from 2mm to 1’ with 36 dops
is available – see price below).

Lamp:
Architect style with pressure claws fixation, for halogen 15w lamp (not
included).

Cooling system:
Plastic tank with a steel support and a needle drop microregister and
flexible hose.

Pipe:
For table polishing. It can be used in 45 or 90 degrees in the own pen.

Clips:
You can
memorize the cutting degrees by fixing the clips in the arch, up an
down. It helps the cutter to cut many stones at the same angles.
10 – Table faceter:
It is set in the mast to cut the
gem table. Built in polished aluminum with brass knob.

Sponge:
To spread the water in the faceting disk and to fix the tip of the hose.
It is adapted on the cover of the splash pan by a sucker.

Wax:
Used to
glue the gems on the dops, the Lapidart wax has high viscosity
and avoids the stone comes unfastened during the stone cutting. Its
exclusive stick shape facilitates the collage on the dop and avoids
wastes.

– Rondiz cotter – Built in plastic, it allows the index
rotate freely during the rondiz polishing.

Diamond paste: 14.000 mesh in a 5 ml syringe. Clean work and
bright polishing.

–Faceting lap:
600 grid
fixed on an extra light aluminum base.

Polishing lap:
Built in special brass with 140 mm diameter x 6 mm of thickness.
It’s a hard material wheel, so it’s appropriate to almost any kind of
gems, from quartz to emeralds. It’s set over the faceting lap.
